The hotel is very nice, in general very nice, but what is really uncomfortable and, I agree with other comments, is the glass bathroom door. If you are sleeping and someone turns on the bathroom light, it is as if you turn on the lights of the room completely, you do not feel the privacy that should be in this space. The location is spectacular, there are plenty of restaurants just a few minutes walk away, if you want to go to downtown Boston, there is access by bus and subway as the stations are across the street. The people who work in the restaurant are super friendly. The parking facilities are excellent as well.
Excelent place, easy train to downtown Boston, very clean. Take care of parking behind hotel. I had to pay U$ 170 to pick up the car. It was towed because they didn't explain to me where to park properly. Was my fault too because I didn't read the card explaining where to park. This is just a warning.
American airlines put us up at this AC hotel North for the night when they couldn’t get us on our scheduled flight. They were very accommodating, gracious and hospitable to us after having traveled for 18 hours from abroad. Highly recommend this hotel. Fairly new, clean with excellent service!
Clean, neat, clutter-free. Perfect rooms but no amenities to write home about. Small bar and only offered a paid breakfast buffet - nothing a la cart available. Quick access to Boston.
Everything about our stay was amazing. The staff is always helpful and friendly. They go out if their way to make your experience so enjoyable. We will definitely be back.
Fix your restaurant. It’s substandard. For breakfast you can get the buffet or the buffet. (And the buffet is worse than you would get in a normal Marriott). Beds were comfortable. Rooms are clean. The AC vent blows directly on one of the beds, that wasn't good at all. I had to put a towel in the vent. Front desk was very nice. Not the best location if you are planning on visiting downtown much
Hands down, the BEST hotel experience I’ve ever had! The corner room with the king bed was stunning with sleek, modern decor and thoughtful design touches that made it feel extra special. Every staff member I encountered from the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast went above and beyond. Their warmth and professionalism TRULY elevated the entire stay. The hotel was immaculate, consistently fresh-smelling, and clearly well cared for. I genuinely loved every moment here and would recommend it a thousand times over. The location is unbeatable, it’s right next to the metro and the restaurants near by were fantastic. Pure perfection! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
